Return from Road Trip

I'm home now and attempting to re-integrate into my home life. Life on the road is exciting, challenging and fun. I know I have a nomadic streak in me and I'm thrilled that I can indulge in it. My Flip camera was awesome until it decided not to work. I lost a number of videos on it that I hadn't downloaded yet. So no cool vids of Las Vegas and our beautiful room at the Palazzo and the Venetian square and gondoliers or of us boogie boarding. Thankfully we had another means to freeze frame moments in time with our kids and granddaughter.

Below are a few photos from the end of the trip. Torrey Pines Beach, Pumpkin Patch at Bates Nut Farm near Valley Center,Ca and Granite Falls in Wy.

Blessings,
Colleen

P.S. Tip:It's better to do trip laundry when you're not tired.
I now have a pink collection thanks to some beach towels we bought spur of the moment before hitting the waves.

Hi All, I attempted a blog entry Sunday but it disappeared so will try again. Here are some videos from Grand Teton National Park-hopefully. We have travelled from Tucson through the high desert to the Northern Rockies. This trip really brought home to me how much being in nature is my muse and my well filler. The positive energy and negative ions feed my spirit to the depths of my soul. we were fortunate enough to see pronghorn antelope, bison, mule deer and elk on this trip in their natural habitat. We left Wyoming in a winter storm with 2-3 inches of snow on the ground and took great care in navigating the roads and canyons for about 250 miles.

We happened upon this man playign his alpenhorn along crystal clear String Lake.

Everyone take care.
Right now we're in Las Vegas.

Many Blessings,
Colleen

From 100 degrees to mountain snow

Hi All, Below are some videos along our trip yesterday from Tucson to Heber City,Utah As you will see it was very windy and we ended up in snow country. One thing that is constant in life and in travel is that you can expect the unexpected. Hope you enjoy and talk with you soon.

Since the uploading was taking so long I'm sharing just 1 of the videos and will share the others later.

Many Blessings & Happy Trails, Colleen
